How the season looks

Our team will have many new faces on varsity with little varsity experience. We are working hard to become a strong team and to improve each time we take the court.

Overall team assessment

The girls have all been working really hard to do what has been asked of them. They are embracing the system and what it will take to have the competitive edge this year. We feel like we are building off of a strong foundation from years past and hope to have a strong finish this year for our upcoming teams to build from.

How the season looks

We are looking at the Lakin game to once again define our season.  This will be a tough match.  This game seems to always decide not only league but districts.

Overall assessment of the team

We have a lot of skill guys back from last year’s team that won league.  We lost our entire line from last year but have some good replacements this year.  We have a ton more speed this year that we are hoping to make up for our lack of size in some position.

We have a great chance to get back to the state tournament for the second year in a row.

Take one tournament at a time and improve a little bit each tournament. Work hard at practice.
