High School Female Athlete Lori H.
Lori H. has been nominated for High School Athlete of the Week for Softball. Lori pitched two games in the freezing cold against Elkhart. The Holcomb HS Girls Softball Team came away with two wins. The first was a run-rule 17-7. The second game had a final score of 15-14. Congratulations Lori!! HS Girls Softball Coach: Jennifer Barrett
High School Male Athlete Nick M.
Nick M. has been nominated for High School Athlete of the Week for Golf. Nick was high medalist for Holcomb at the Lakin Golf Tournament. Nick's score of 87 on a tough course with fast greens was an outstanding effort. Nick is a soft spoken player with good work ethic and good basic skills. Congratulations Nick!! Jr. High School Female Athlete Karissa P.
Karissa P. has been nominated for Jr. High School Athlete of the Week for Track. Karissa did very well at the Lakin Track Meet this week. Karissa placed and received a medal in all 4 of her individual events. Karissa got 1st in High Jump and the 100 Meter Dash, 2nd in the Mile 1600M Run and 2nd in the 800 Meter Run. The 8th Grade Girls Holcomb MS Track Team won the Lakin Meet and Karissa earned a great deal of points to help in the team's efforts. Karissa is a great leader and is always willing to help out her fellow classmates and lend a helping hand to the 7th grade athletes. Congratulations Karissa!! MS Girls Track Coach: Kelley Snodgrass
Jr. High School Male Athlete Heath T.
Heath T. has been nominated for Jr. High School Athlete of the Week for Track. Heath finished with four first place medals in our first track meet for the Holcomb MS Boys Track Team at Lakin. Congratulations Heath!! MS Boys Track Coach: Jerry Johnson
