Holcomb High School Female Athlete Danielle A.
Danielle A . has been nominated for Holcomb High School Athlete of the Week for Volleyball. Danielle had a great performance at the Scott City Invitational. Danielle both hit and set well in all five matches. Danielle was also honored by being named to the All Tournament Team! Danielle has been a good leader for us on the court, she does a nice job of leading by example! Congratulations Danielle!! HS Volleyball Coach: Jennifer Barrett
Holcomb High School Male Athlete Logan S.
Logan S. has been nominated for Holcomb High School Athlete of the Week for Football. Logan had a breakout game versus Lakin last Friday night. Logan threw for three touchdowns and led the offense in rushing also. Logan had his best game of the year and completed this feat in two quarters of play. Logan sprained his ankle right before half time but stayed in the game to complete his third TD pass with 40 seconds left. His ankle kept him from playing in the second half and will more than likely keep him out of action this coming Friday. Logan showed great leadership and heart to stay in the game and finish out the first half of play. Logan was able to lead his team to victory against our rival, Lakin. Congratulations Logan!! HS Football Coach: Jerry Johnson
Holcomb Jr. High School Female Athlete Regan R.
Regan R. has been nominated for Holcomb Jr. High School Athlete of the Week for Volleyball. Regan has worked hard all season to improve her volleyball skills. Regan has a great attitude and is a good teammate. Regan works very hard and leads by example both on and off the floor. Keep up the hard work and Congratulations Regan!! MS Volleyball Coach: Dawn Tucker
Holcomb Jr. High School Male Athlete Tristen D.
Tristen D. has been nominated for Holcomb Jr. High School Athlete of the Week for Football. Tristen had an outstanding game against Hugoton. Tristen was the leading tackler with 20 tackles and had a game clinching interception. Tristen led the offense from his offensive tackle position by opening up holes to start the second half that led to our first score of the game and eventually the winning score later on in the game. Tristen, who only is a 7th grader, is leading by example for his 7th grade peers and will only get better on and off the field. Congratulations Tristen!! MS Football Coach: Jon Becker
